About Me

Marcus Luckett

MPA, MA, FCMI

My Approach

I’ve always been interested in what sits underneath the surface of our actions; what we do automatically, what we avoid, and what we repeat without realising.

Functional Fluency gave me a clear, compassionate way to understand behaviour; my own and others’. It helps us spot what’s useful, shift what isn’t, and build more effective, intentional ways of acting in the world.

I use Functional Fluency to support individuals and teams to:

• Understand how their behaviour is helping or hindering them

• Break free from unhelpful habits

• Communicate with more clarity and confidence

• Build stronger, more responsive relationships

This work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about helping them use their strengths more purposefully...especially when it counts.

My Background

I bring over 20 years of experience across leadership, education, and personal development to my work as a certified Functional Fluency practitioner and TIFF provider.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals and groups across the UK , helping them grow their self-awareness, improve how they interact with others, and develop the behavioural tools to lead, collaborate, and communicate more effectively.

I take a down-to-earth, human approach—meeting people where they are and helping them explore practical ways to make meaningful change. My work is rooted in insight, but always focused on action; supporting people to use their behaviour with greater confidence, purpose, and impact.
